Pricing and scope
Prices are subject to the property and agreed scope. Second Home Watch is shown at a standard $225/month and Listing Watch at a baseline $175/month. Customized or seasonal arrangements may differ. Final pricing, visit frequency, and service details are confirmed before work begins.
Second Home Watch and Listing Watch
These programs provide agreed property observations, updates, and appearance upkeep. They do not guarantee the prevention or detection of every problem, property damage, or emergencies. Listing Watch does not guarantee a sale. Specific responsibilities and arrangements belong in the individual service agreement.
Scheduling and property access
Scheduling may change because of weather, safety concerns, project changes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients must provide safe, reasonable access. Work may be declined or rescheduled if conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope.
Payments
Payment terms for projects and recurring services are communicated directly to the client. Late or unpaid balances may affect future scheduling or service availability.
Communication
We use your contact information to discuss your inquiry, estimate, or services. Tell us your preferred contact method. Submitting a website inquiry does not enroll you in marketing messages.
