Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026.
About this policy
Red Clay Operations & Logistics LLC, doing business as Red Clay Home & Outdoor Services, uses information provided by customers and prospective customers to respond to inquiries and provide services.
Information you provide
When you contact us or request service, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, property address, requested service, project details, and photographs you choose to send to us separately. Please do not include passwords, alarm codes, payment-card details, or other sensitive access information in a website inquiry.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, discuss scheduling, provide agreed services, and communicate about your request or project. A service inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Service providers and sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, inquiry handling, email, customer management, or payments, and may be disclosed when required by law. Cloudflare hosts this website, and Formspree processes service-request forms. Requests are delivered to our business Gmail account, provided by Google. We use JobTable to support our service operations. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Communications
We may contact you about your inquiry using the contact details you provide. Tell us if you prefer a particular contact method or no further follow-up. This website does not enroll you in an automated text-message campaign.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain information for service, business-record, and applicable legal needs. Contact us to ask about access, corrections, or removal.
External links
Links to Google and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This website does not use advertising or visitor analytics trackers. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the website.
