Red Clay didn't begin with a business plan.
It began with a father who wanted to teach his son the value of hard work.
When we moved to Big Canoe, I figured Noah could earn a little spending money mowing lawns, just like I did growing up.
There was only one problem.
Big Canoe has a whole lot more leaves than lawns.
So we started blowing leaves.
One neighbor asked for help. Then another. Before we knew it, our little father-and-son project had become a family business, with Tabatha working right alongside us.
Today, Red Clay has grown into something we're incredibly proud of — a locally owned business helping our neighbors care for their homes and properties.
It started with a simple idea: help where you can.
And that hasn't changed.

How do Second Home Watch and Listing Watch differ?
Second Home Watch is for homeowners who are away from their property. Listing Watch is for Realtors and owners of vacant homes actively listed for sale. Each program has an agreed scope.
Can I request outdoor work without a watch program?
Yes. Yard cleanup, mulch and pine straw, pressure washing, and other listed outdoor services can be discussed as individual projects.
Does an inquiry book a visit?
No. We first review your request and discuss scope, availability, and pricing before confirming work.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Red Clay has county/state licensing, general liability insurance, and workers’ compensation coverage.
